Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with timely follow-ups.
- Market our agency and State Farm products to meet customer needs.

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Property and Casualty license (or ability to obtain one)
Additional Information
Salary is commensurate with experience.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
